Help for ApplicantsHELP! I can’t sign up!If you know you've registered as an applicant, and are using your correct username and password but still can't seem to login to the system, chances are that your browser is set to reject 'cookies'. Cookies are little bits of information that the website stores on your browser to help the browser 'remember' you (and that you're signed in). When they're disabled, the website 'forgets' that you are signed in when you move from one page to another.You can find out how to enable cookies on your browser by clicking HERE.
When I click on the link to 'request a new password', the page is dead and nothing happens.This is usually because your web browser is set to block pop-ups (pop-ups are often used for advertising; on this site, however, they are used for functions like requesting a new password). Just tell your browser that you will accept cookies from Head2Head.ca and this problem should go away.
The system won't let me create a profile.Most of the time, this happens because you are already in our applicant tracking system - maybe from a previous job, a profile you created ages ago and forgot about, or we've called you in the past. Try signing up with a different email address.
I know I created a profile and my password is correct, but when I try to apply for a job, the system gives me an 'invalid' message.This is a glitch (yes, that's the technical term) - just email your resume, covering email and the job you're interested in to sarah@head2head.ca and we'll make it gets to the right person.
I've tried all the above but I'm still having difficulties. What should I do?If you've tried everything above, and you still can't login or apply to jobs, don't worry. Just send your resume, along with a covering email referencing the job(s) to which you'd like to apply, to maureen@head2head.ca.We'd also appreciate it if you could include in your email the details of the difficulties you were having (i.e. the specific error message(s) you got, etc.) to help us track and fix the problem.
